The first floor is designed for relaxed living, with a bright and airy lounge leading into a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A third bathroom is also conveniently located on this floor.
The highlight of the first floor is the expansive 50 m² terrace, offering stunning views over Vis Bay. It’s the ideal place to unwind—whether you’re enjoying meals at the large dining table or spending the evenings relaxing on the comfortable sofas and chairs. A staircase from the terrace leads down to the backyard, where you’ll find a traditional Dalmatian grill, perfect for outdoor cooking.
Beyond the grill area lies a peaceful lemon garden, where ripe lemons provide a delightful treat—you’re welcome to pick a few during your stay!
