Hidden in the peaceful valley of Zlopolje, just a few minutes from the town of Vis, Fields of Grace Vineyards offers one of the island’s most intimate wine and dining experiences. This small family-run estate combines a working vineyard, beautiful Mediterranean gardens, and a passion for handcrafted wines in a setting designed for slow evenings and unforgettable conversations.

Founded by Jakša (Jack) Kivela and his wife Fung Lin Leung, Fields of Grace reflects a lifetime of international experience. Jack was born on Vis before building a distinguished career as a chef, educator, and wine specialist in Australia and Hong Kong. Together, the couple returned to the island to create a boutique vineyard where quality, hospitality, and nature come together.

Every wine begins in the vineyard. Careful vineyard management, controlled fermentation, and small-scale production allow the estate to produce elegant wines with fresh character, balanced acidity, and a clear expression of the island’s unique terroir. Their selection includes local Croatian varieties such as Vugava and Kuć, alongside Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, and Graševina.
